FanXchange Terms and Conditions:

Welcome to FanXchange! In order for us to build a secure community that enables buyers and sellers alike to sell/purchase tickets for local and national music, sporting and theatre events, it’s important that we incorporate certain legal guidelines and ground rules to make sure everyone’s rights are respected.

Please note that while transacting on this site, you are buying tickets from a third party (FanXchange is not the ticket seller). Ticket prices are set by the third party seller and may differ from face value. All sales are final. No refunds, transaction cancellations or exchanges will be issued for date/time changes or partial performances. Cancelled events will be handled on a case by case basis.

In the event there is a strike or lockout and games are cancelled or rescheduled, all sales for the event will be cancelled by FanXchange and all buyers will be given a full refund (including fees).

The foregoing Terms and Conditions apply to all users of this website and the services, whether or not you have established an account. By using the website and our services, you expressly acknowledge and agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions and any additional terms and conditions that we may provide to you from time to time. If we change any of the Terms and Conditions, we will post a revised version of the Terms and Conditions here. Your continued use of the site and the services following FanXchange posting a revised Terms and Conditions will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions or any revised version of the Terms and Conditions, do not continue to use the services or this site.
